![]() ![]() The only email I received from PayPal was the email of this company canceling my account saying i had a failed payment when there is no record of the payment intent or failure. And now they reach out trying to blame this on PayPal. Terrible tactic to charge your long term customers more money. When I informed their team about it, they told me there was nothing I could do. They literally cancelled my account tried to blame it on a failed payment when I don't even have any payment intents and there is absolutely no reason for it to fail, and then told me I was no longer grandfathered in at the original price and now the cost is almost twice the price a month. I've decided to look elsewhere for an invoicing solution. Not the end of the world, but in my opinion poor customer service, especially since I had been a paying customer for quite a long time previously. So, it's just frustrating that they didn't value me as a customer and honor my request (after using the paid service for 18 months over the past 3 years). I don't have "proof" that I downgraded the service earlier, so what could I say? But I do remember doing it. ![]() ![]() They said there was no record of my request to downgrade the service and refused to reverse the charge. So, I asked Customer Service to reverse the charge, as I was sure that I had downgraded several weeks prior. However, after I downgraded my service level to the free version last month (since I only use it sparingly for a very small side business), a few weeks later I noticed another charge on my credit card for the monthly (paid) service. The invoicing product is fine I don't have an issue with that. ![]()
